Booking Process

We encourage you to review these steps carefully to understand the booking process fully. Our team communicates primarily via email, so staying up-to-date with our messages is essential for seamless coordination and a smooth experience. Your event day is as important to us as it is to you, and we are committed to making it truly exceptional.

Please note that the following steps are designed for a two-week lead time, and timing may vary based on your event date and specific needs.

  1. Submit Booking for your desired Photo Booth.


  2. Review Invoice, sign Contract, and pay the 30% Initial Deposit in order to lock-in your event date.

    • Our team will review your submission and will send a final confirmation email with your personalized Invoice, Contract, and Request for Payment of Initial Deposit.

    • Please Note: The Contract and Initial Deposit must be completed and paid on the day of booking in order to lock-in your event date.


  3. Select a Template

    • Our team needs this as soon as possible so that we can customize the template specific to the theme of your event. It is ideal if you can submit your template selection right after submitting your booking.

    • When submitting your template choice, please use the same/exact name used during the booking process, that way our team can ensure to properly match it with your event.


  4. Approve the Final Template Design for your event.

    • Our team will work on customizing your template once we receive your selection. Our team will work with you to ensure the design is to your liking and that we have received your final approval.


  5. Pay the Remaining Balance of your invoice a day prior to your event.

    • Our team will send a friendly reminder for payment of the remaining balance of your booking a day prior to your event.

    • Please Note: It is required that the remaining balance be paid in full in order for services to be rendered on the day of your event.


  6. Enjoy the Fun on your special event day.

    • Our team will arrive 1-3 hours prior to the start of your event to ensure the Photo Booth is setup in a timely and professional manner.

    • Our team will provide the Online Gallery Link after your event has ended. It takes time to prepare these files so please allow up to 48 hours for our team to deliver this to you. Our team appreciates your patience as we work to get this finalized for you.
